Purchase

• All prices shown on the website are gross prices, i.e. include 27% VAT.

• Products can be placed in the cart without prior login or registration.

• You can also complete a purchase without registration after providing the required details.

 

In-store pickup

• For products in stock, pickup in our stores is always free of charge and immediate.

• Lead time may vary for custom requests, e.g. name embroidery and/or custom size orders.

 

Delivery

• Average delivery time from order: 4–5 business days.
  For in-stock products: 2–3 business days.

• If we cannot deliver within the indicated deadline, we will notify you in advance by email or phone.

• Home delivery and parcel point/locker delivery are available throughout Hungary via MPL and FOXPOSTcouriers.

• Cash on delivery (COD): HUF 2,000

FOXPOST courier – Home delivery:

Complaints procedure

• If you have any complaint regarding your purchase, please contact us by email at happytextil@gmail.com or by phone at +36 (30) 226 2149.

• We investigate all complaints and reply within 8 days of receipt; in justified cases, we replace the product.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through this process, please contact the competent supervisory authorities.
